Our company, named Triga-Inform Management-organising and Informatical Ltd. has been established by three founders in 20.12.1991, registered: Budaörs, Szabadság út 47.

In the beginnings our main activities were official and mangement services., howewer we were dealing with software producting, data processing, computerised information-supply work and operation organising, and other economical services as well.

One member has withdrawn from the firm in 12.12.1996, the members bought his share, and as a result, currently the two founders are the company’s owners.

On the basis of the permission issued by the Ministry of Finance on 1st of September, 1997 our primary activity become: Accounting, auditing, and tax expert acivity, TEÁOR (Category of the Hungarian Central Satistical Office) nr: 7412. In addition we are allowed to provide management consultation, adult and other education services too.

The Hungarian Audit Chamber registered the firm in 01.04.1998.

The company’s name has changed to Triga Inform Audit, Economic and Financial Consulting Limited Company in 07.03.2000, simultaneously with the obligatory increase of nominal capital.

The firm belongs to the so called micro companies. Beside audit and tax advisement as our main activity we also deal with accounting services.

Our domestic professional area are taxation and accounting consultation for non pofit organisations, preparing personal income tax declaration for privates, and special scene adaptation of accounting and other regulations.

Our international speciality is administrating of privates’s personal income taxation and and social security activities, in harmony with the pact about preventing double taxation.

Audit activity as elected auditor we mainly provide for limited liability companies, and joint stock companies.

Besides regular audit we also deal certifying and assesment of balance sheet of transforming companies, preparing to APEH (Tax and Financial Controlling Office), TB( social security) examination.

Dr Tibor Reichel, founder, registered auditor having over 50 years professional past., is woking as individual auditor, helps on further the activity of the company with useful advices.

Mrs Simonyi ( born Magdolna Lukasik), establisher, registered auditor, economist, managing director, gained a 30 year old professional experience. She is on list of experts published by Pest County Trade and Industry Chamber, acting as delegeted member of examinig board during professional exams. In the year 2000 she has entered in the list of forensic experts, and since then she is working as forensic audit expert.
In 2003 she had been educated as a certificated tax expert, and as a result of this she recieved international tax expert diplom.

Mrs Pongrácz ( born Éva Nováky), certificated auditor, economist, director of our firm.
Under 15 years foreign trade activity, she collected a huge experience in Iraq, Nigeria, Syria, and the USA.
Since 2002, when Mrs Pongrácz succeeded the exam she has been working as certificated financial revisor.

Richard Bitter, economist, recieved his diplom in the Collage of Modern Business Studies, faculty of finance. Can speak two languages, english (learnt 9 months in Elite Collage London, passed Cambridge FCE exam in 2003), and german (passed Zertifikat Deutsch exam in Goethe Institute in 2002).
